Product(s) can be exchanged from our retail store within the 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that the product must be unused, all tags must be intact, packing is in its original condition and original invoice is required. We will only exchange or refund any product(s) if it is defected or wrong product(s) has been delivered. For online orders contact our customer service center by emailing us images of defected/wrong product firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 00923452343073 within 2 days of delivery. After our team reviews the product, we will exchange your product. For products bought from our store, please visit our store within 2 days for exchange and return.
We have a No Refund Policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases wherein the product is out of stock. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Please allow 7 days for the processing of returns and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once a product is shipped, the ‘Return and Exchange Policy’ will apply. Jewel Studio may cancel orders for any reason.
